How long are gift vouchers valid for?
All gift vouchers are valid for one year from the time of purchase.
What does my gift voucher cover?
All of our gift vouchers can be used for any type of booking that we offer, at any of our venues. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase drinks or merchandise at the venues.
How do I receive my gift voucher?
You will receive a Digital printable voucher via email as a PDF document. This can be forwarded to the recipient via the website or email.
Can I personalise my gift voucher?
There is a space to leave a personalised message on all gift vouchers at the time of purchase.
How much money should I put on my gift voucher?
Our sessions start at around £30pp. Please see our Pricing page for a full breakdown of session prices or use the calculator above.
What happens if the session booked is cheaper than the amount on the voucher?
If the full amount of the voucher is not used in their first booking, the remainder will be added to the recipients customer account as credit that can be used for future bookings. Credit is valid for a year.
What happens if the gift voucher does not cover the full amount of the session?
If the session you are trying to book is more expensive than the amount on the voucher, you can pay the difference by card at the time of booking.
